Hi, I’m Avtandil Ushikishvili, a software engineer, tech podcaster, and builder.

I work as a Lead .NET Engineer and spend most of my time building backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and scalable platforms. I’m mostly focused on .NET, Azure, distributed systems, and AI-powered products.

Outside of work, I host the Devtherapy podcast, where I talk with engineers, founders, and tech leaders about real-world software development - the wins, the failures, and everything in between. I’m also actively involved in the local developer community, helping organize events and conferences for .NET and cloud engineers.

When I’m not coding, you’ll probably find me playing chess, padel, and table tennis, competing in Quake Champions, rock climbing, or walking a slackline. I believe staying sharp mentally and physically makes me a better engineer.

This blog is where I write about software engineering in the real world, .NET and backend architecture, AI in production systems, career growth, and side projects and experiments.

No hype. No influencer nonsense. Just practical engineering.
